As Safety Manager, Liam plays a pivotal role in ensuring safety amongst all workers and site visitors. Combining deep industry knowledge with a proactive approach to risk management, he ensures that every project is executed with the utmost regard for health, safety, and environmental standards.
Liam promotes a culture where safety is second nature. Through comprehensive risk assessments, regular safety audits, and continuous training programs, he guarantees that every team member is not only equipped with the knowledge to operate safely but is also instilled with a sense of responsibility towards their colleagues and the broader community.
In addition to fostering a respected safety culture, Liam has served as the Safety Department administrator for technology, creating and executing programs and procedures within the department.
Liam is a graduate of Mass Maritime Academy with a BS in Emergency Management.
