As the Fabrication & Logistics Executive, Paul plays a key role in overseeing fabrication production and ensuring operational efficiency. He collaborates closely with the shop foremen to plan and execute enhancements to the fabrication process.
In addition to boosting overall efficiency, Paul maintains updated fabrication standards and works to enhance safety within the shop. He partners with engineers and suppliers to implement these standards and collaborates with the BIM and fabrication teams to establish and enforce QA/QC protocols. Paul also oversees the fleet management of all the vehicles and the inventory and asset management of equipment, tools, and consumables.
Paul holds a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and an MBA from Northeastern University.
