About this Project
225 Wyman Street is one of Hobbs Brook Office Park’s newest buildings. The facility boasts a mix of office and laboratory spaces, from dedicated suites to larger open-plan configurations.
TG Gallagher provided all of the HVAC systems for this project. The team leveraged its pre-fab shop to create the risers, pump skids, rooftop unit modules, and mechanical closets to gain better operational efficiencies for the project.
As with all that TGG does, safety is a top priority. There was significant trench work on-site and the team mitigated safety obstacles by ensuring that the trench was designed correctly and had the proper access and egress contingencies.
In addition, the large roof-top air handlers required involvement from several trades. TGG installed lifelines and temporary scaffolding to ensure all work was completed safely.
Since completing the project, TGG has conducted multiple system training sessions for the client as they bring on new personnel as part of their in-house crew.
