About this Project
TG Gallagher’s Service Division has a longstanding contract with a university spanning across the Cambridge and Boston areas, providing preventative maintenance and emergency repair services. When a boiler plant failed in one of the university’s dormitories, the team responded with a swift replacement.
To align with the university’s schedule, the replacements were phased in short time increments. TG Gallagher installed new AERCO units, pumps, expansion tanks, hot water tanks, and fresh air ductwork. Additionally, the team replaced the existing copper mains.
The TGG crew worked 12 hours a day, 6 days a week, completing the project in under 3 weeks. The client was ecstatic that TG Gallagher provided a quality boiler plant a week ahead of schedule.
