About this Project
TG Gallagher’s Service Division took the lead in improving the cooling system for a school in Watertown, MA. Given the institution’s unique needs, TGG’s team replaced the existing ductless split systems on the east and west sides of the second floor while also adding heating and cooling to previously unconditioned areas, improving air quality and cooling efficiency.
TGG was the design build contractor for this project and contracted engineering consultants and subcontractors. Beyond just immediate requirements, the team looked ahead, setting the groundwork for future upgrades and renovations.
In order to create minimal disruptions to the students and staff, TGG planned the project in stages so that the work was completed during school vacations throughout the year. Prioritizing safety, the team made consistent efforts to align their work process with safety protocols.
