With over a decade of experience, Mike plays a crucial role in the preconstruction phase of projects. His role is pivotal in determining the viability of projects, maintaining budgets, and minimizing risks. His blend of technical knowledge, analytical skills, and industry experience helps to successfully gauge the costs and potential challenges of projects.
Starting at TGG as an Assistant Estimator, he was quickly promoted to Mechanical Estimator in 2009 and then to Chief Estimator in 2014. With his experience, Mike can identify potential risks and uncertainties that could impact project costs or timelines. He works closely with other departments to ensure that estimates align with project goals and objectives—and can provide alternatives or solutions that can achieve the same objectives at a reduced cost without compromising quality.
