Since 2004, Mike has brought a wealth of diverse experiences to his role where he manages Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, the BIM Department, and the Fabrication process/facility.
With a very hands-on approach, he helps spearhead project teams while advising on the best BIM and prefabrication procedures. Mike dedicates much of his time to developing new strategic initiatives and innovative solutions to project challenges. He is passionate and insightful about the ways prefab, modular, and construction technology are reshaping the construction industry.
Mike’s career includes roles as a Mechanical Engineer at an R&D company, a Field Engineer at Bechtel Construction, and working with Jacobs Engineering to build clean rooms for Intel in Ireland. His career path brought him to TG Gallagher, where he began as a Project Manager before helping develop the BIM department and setting up fabrication processes. Mike currently serves as a Vice President and a member of the Executive Team.
